Org changelog

An AI-generated summary of what changed across your org, every day.

How it works

Every successful pipeline run generates a changelog entry. An LLM reads the commit message and diff, decides if the change is relevant, and writes a one-sentence summary aimed at managers and product owners — not developers.

Pure noise (image tag bumps, lockfile changes, CI config tweaks) is filtered out automatically. Everything else — features, fixes, refactoring, infrastructure — is described by its business value, not its implementation.

Daily digest

At midnight, individual entries are aggregated into a daily team summary. This is what appears on the changelog page: a per-team, per-day view of what shipped.

The digest groups related changes and highlights the most important ones. It's designed to answer "what did this team ship today?" without reading commit logs.

Where to find it

The changelog is in the top-level navigation. It shows all teams across the org, with the most recent day first. Each entry links back to the repo and pipeline run.

No configuration needed

The changelog runs automatically for every org. There's nothing to enable or configure. If a repo has pipelines, its changes appear in the changelog.
