Terms of Service

1. Service

Gittan is a git hosting and CI/CD platform operated by Bloomer AB (org. nr 559490-9498), registered in Sweden. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created through OIDC authentication. You are responsible for securing access to your identity provider. One person, one account. Sharing credentials is not allowed.

3. Acceptable use

You may use gittan to host source code and run CI/CD pipelines for legitimate software development. You may not use the service to:

• Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated compute workloads
• Host or distribute malware
• Store material that violates applicable law
• Attempt to access other organizations' data or infrastructure
• Deliberately exhaust shared resources (API abuse, storage spam)

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will notify you first unless the violation poses an immediate risk to the platform or other users.

4. Data and ownership

Your code, configurations, and pipeline outputs belong to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We access your data only to operate the service (running pipelines, serving git operations, generating metrics).

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data corruption, or pipeline failures. You should maintain your own backups of critical source code.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time — the subscription runs until the end of the current billing period. We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@gittan.eu. We will delete your data within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Bloomer AB's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved in Stockholm District Court.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice via email or in the platform. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
